Alas, I didn't get to make it out to see the movie yesterday. I got buried under a mountain of work! I will hopefully go this week sometime. Anyhow, seems like everyone else loved it!
I wrote two recipes today for our new wine club selections, one for a Cold Yogurt & Crab Soup and the other for one of my favorite dishes - Steak au Poivre. I'm really excited about the wine club wines for August - they are from one of my favorite wine Producers from South Africa, Neil Ellis. The Sauvignon Blanc is just ridiculously good , it was a favorite at our ladies wine night last weekend. I am going to be posting the cork & fork menu later this morning. And if any of you get the Desert Sun, be sure to check out the article that Henry Fenwick is writing about cork & fork in the food section tomorrow! I can't believe we only have two more nights left. We are still in the process of deciding when / how / if we will be able to bring it back in the fall, so I will keep you updated!!
