mmm, Time for a drink recipe.
I had a dream about these last night. I suppose that means I'm missing them . . . so if I can't have them then I hope someone will, and think of me, at least.
I like to use the "newmas own" lemonade for these, it's not too sweet. Also if you'd like you can do the sugared rim thing, but it really doesn't need it.
Raspberry Lemon Drop Martinis - Makes One Large Drink
2 ounces vodka ( or soju!)
3 raspberries
1 lemon wedge
1 teaspoon simple syrup
1 ounce lemonade
¼ ounce Chambord
1 cup ice
Garnish: fresh lemon twist and/or one whole raspberry
In your martini shaker, combine the first four ingredients and muddle until well mixed.
Add the remaining ingredients (except garnish), cover and shake until very cold.
Strain out of the shaker and through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a raspberry or fresh lemon twist.
