Well it's been three weeks
and I'm happy to say that I'm up to 25 minutes 3 days a week on the
elliptical!! I have stuck with it primarily because it stares me in the face every morning when I wake up, but I am also really enjoying it and I have noticed some definition in my arms and , um , derriere. I am also doing water aerobics twice a week - which is SUPER easy and fun - and have realized that the reason I didn't stick with things in the past was because I didn't enjoy them at all. On my way to a whole new me=)
