Everyone agreed that these are the best Coconut Shrimp ever - even Babs who considers herself a Coconut Shrimp connoisseur.
Julie's stuffed Meatballs - delicious.
This was the surprise hit of the night - an inspired warm Pasta Salad with grilled veggies, feta, pine nuts, dried prosciutto and a tangy/sweet lemonade vinaigrette.
It was a great evening . I even moved out of my savory comfort zone and attempted to make a creme brulee which was super creamy and delicious with just a kick of coffee and caramel.
