This morning was my first workout on the new eliptical trainer. It was amazing! I am starting at 20 minutes a day at the first resistance level, which seems easy but my heart rate went right up into the target zone and I burned 270 calories. The funny side effect of the eliptical movement is that when you get off of the machine you still feel like you are in perpetual motion for a while. I'm excited to start this new regimen and I hope I can keep up with it=)
