Dinner at Carmen's house tonight - always a pleasure. On this particular evening we dined on bone in Rib Eye steaks the size of your face. In addition - sweet potato onion melange, a mushroom mixture, and the requisite oil/garlic mixture to drizzle over everything. Delish. Dessert was some sort of lemon yogurt cake with cream and fresh figs from one of her client's garden. To sweeten the deal, she sent us all home with homemade fig jam. Life is good =)
